1. Do you allow adult sites to host on your network?
   
   We sure do. A1 Communications allows any legal material to be hosted on our network.



2. How long before accounts are activated?
   
   Shared hosting accounts are setup and released within 4 hours from the time of your order. Dedicated servers are setup and released within 1-3 business days depending on the type of configuration you order.



3. Do you allow SPAM on your network?
   
   No, we do not. SPAM will not be tolerated on the A1 Communications network under any circumstances.



4. Do you offer a control panel on shared hosting accounts or dedicated servers?
   
   A free control panel is provided to you on shared accounts and dedicated servers. It will allow you to manage any number of shared hosting plans or dedicated servers from one centralized location.
   
   You have the ability to manage your domains & sub domains, multiple htaccess rules, automatically install open-source software applications such as WordPress, b2evolution, Gallery, phpAdsNew & more with a click of the mouse, manage emails, forwarders & auto responders, manage cron jobs, manage MySQL databases, manage FTP accounts, view your usage statistics, invoices, payments & much more.



5. Do you provide full access to dedicated servers?
   
   Yes, we do. You will have full super-user access "root" to your dedicated server. You are free to do as you wish with the server, you are in full control.



6. Do you allow SSH access on shared hosting accounts?
   
   No, we do not. Should you require SSH access please contact us prior to ordering. Generally most scripts can be installed with basic FTP access.



7. Are shared web hosting accounts capped? Will my account be shutdown if I exceed my limits?
